Over 75 people gathered in Pottsville to talk poverty. As part of their 2007 Community Assessment plan, CAAP member Schuylkill Community Action (SCA) held a Poverty Forum, bringing together government and elected officials, religious and business leaders, low-income clients and concerned community residents. The symposium was made possible with the help of a grant from Community Banks.
