The Mayor, local media and members of the South Allison Hill community of Harrisburg gathered at the grant opening of the 'I Am That I Am' barber shop and salon. The barber shop and salon, located at 13th and Derry Street, is part of Mt. Pleasant Plaza.
The $1.3 million plaza is part of a 10 year community and economic revitalization plan lead by the Community Action Commission. The Community Action Commission partnered with The City of Harrisburg and M&T Bank to fund the project.
